About
Daisy has been a registered nurse for 33 years, most of them as a clinical nurse specialist in Neurology.
15 years ago Daisy trained with the British Medical Acupuncture Society, which teaches only registered healthcare professionals, resulting in her becoming a BMAS member. Since then she has been practising acupuncture to BMAS standards in the NHS for the last 15 years.
Outside the NHS job and this clinic, Daisy is usually out on her ebike somewhere in the Peak District, or at home baking and gardening.

How this is run
Clinical notes are kept securely for 10 years and are not shared with anyone without your written consent, unless there is a safeguarding reason. You can ask to see them.
You are told what is planned before anything happens, in words you can follow, and you can stop at any point without giving a reason. Consent is checked at every appointment, not just the first.
Fully insured through the Royal College of Nursing. If something goes wrong, say so directly first, and if that does not resolve it, the NMC takes complaints.
